[Webinar] Mediation – The Way Forward in Resolving Family Disputes

Few of us would enter into a marriage contemplating an eventual breakup. But life happens, even to the best of us. You could then have many things going through your mind, and have questions like what exactly is family mediation? How does it work? How is it different from other forms of mediation? Why should I try it? Will it be helpful for me? How will it benefit my children? Focusing on divorce and the impact it may have on children, this overview of family mediation will also cover the following topics:

  • Private and court-based family mediation
  • Advantages of family mediation, including pre-divorce mediation
  • Common issues you might face and what you could expect during a mediation session
  • How you should prepare and conduct yourself if you decide or have to go through such an event

We are pleased to have Mr Kevin Ng, District Judge & Head, Family Dispute Resolution Division, Family Justice Courts as the speaker for this webinar.
