The SMC is committed to delivering services of the
highest quality and has in place stringent quality control
mechanisms. The SMC's services include:
- the provision of Mediation and other Alternative
Dispute Resolution ("ADR") services such as Neutral
Evaluation, Mediation-Arbitration ("Med-Arb") and the
Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution;
- the provision of online ADR services that may be
accessed over the internet at:
http://www.disputemanager.com;
- the provision of facilities for Negotiation,
Mediation and other forms of ADR;
- the provision of training in Negotiation, Mediation
and Conflict Management;
- the accreditation and maintenance of a panel of ADR
experts such as Mediators, Evaluators and Domain Name
Dispute Resolution Panellists; and
- the provision of consultancy services for dispute
prevention, dispute management and ADR mechanisms.
