Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service (SDRP)

The Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy ("SDRP") provides a framework for resolving ".sg" domain name disputes. It has been adopted by the Singapore Network Information Centre (SGNIC) Private Limited ("SGNIC"), the registration authority for ".sg" domain names, and provides a cheap and quick mechanism for the parties to resolve their disputes concerning the use of ".sg" domain names. The SDRP is implemented by the SMC through the Singapore Domain Name Dispute Resolution Service (or "SDRP Service").
