Mission Statement

The Singapore Mediation Centre is dedicated to promoting the amicable and fair resolution of dispute.

The Singapore Mediation Centre aims to create an environment where people can work together to find enduring solutions to conflicts by broadening awareness of, and providing access to, constructive means of dispute resolution. It is engaged in:

• Providing mediation and other alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") services;
• Providing training on negotiation, mediation and other ADR mechanisms;
• Accrediting and maintaining a panel of mediators to ensure quality;
• Engaging in consultancy services for dispute avoidance, dispute management and ADR mechanisms; and
• Educating the next generation n methods of conflict avoidance and resolution.
