When are the Mediation Advisory Clinics held?
Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 4:30 pm, by appointment only.

When are the Mediation Sessions held?
Mediation sessions are schedule at the convenience
of all parties.
General Questions:

Who is eligible for SCCMS? You are eligible if you are involved in a commercial dispute
and the quantum of claim is S$30,000 or less.

What are the procedures?

Both parties are ready and willing to proceed for
mediation.

Each party to complete an application form available
from the Singapore Mediation Centre and its website.

Application forms to be submitted to the Singapore
Mediation Centre.

The Singapore Mediation Centre will schedule a
Mediation Advisory Clinic with each party
separately.

If mediation is suitable, a mediation session will
be scheduled at the convenience of all parties.

How much do I have to pay for the
Mediation Session? Each party will have to pay a
non-refundable fee of S$25. A rebate of S$10 will be given
to the party who paid the consultation fee.

Confidentiality Issues
Any document or information supplied for or
disclosed in the course of the mediation will be kept
confidential.

Who are the Mediators?
Our mediators are a group of Associate Mediators
from the Singapore Mediation Center who are experienced in
conflict resolution.
