About the SCCMS

Where claims are small, expensive and prolonged litigation can exhaust time and resources. Mediation may be the solution to take control of the outcome of these disputes in a timely and cost-efficient manner.

The SCCMS provides mediation services to help parties settle commercial disputes where the quantum of claim is S$30,000 or less. Typically, cases include those involving tenancy, car repairs, unpaid salaries and renovation matters.

Operating Hours

Mediation Advisory Clinic (by appointment)
Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 4:30 pm

• Mediation sessions will be arranged at the convenience of all parties.
• Mediation Advisory Clinics and mediation sessions will be held at the Singapore Mediation Centre.

Cost

Mediation Fees payable: $160.50 per party (including 7% GST)

Procedure

Fill out the application form and present it at the Mediation Advisory Clinic.
