The SMC is conveniently located at the heart of the Civic District of Singapore - in the Supreme Court.

The SMC's Mediation Chambers are designed to evoke a sense of tranquillity and warmth, with the aim of promoting a spirit of co-operation and openness between parties who wish to resolve their disputes.

The Mediation Chambers come with breakout rooms where the parties can meet informally or which they can use as a private conference room. Each Chamber is also equipped with a computer and laser printer, as well as telecommunication facilities. The SMC also provides secretarial and administrative support for all ADR proceedings.

In addition, parties can have access to the state-of-the-art Technology chamber equipped with video and teleconferencing facilities. In particular, parties who are unable to personally attend a Mediation or other ADR proceedings in Singapore may do so through video or tele-conferencing.
