DisputeManager.com
DisputeManager.com is a portal that offers a
comprehensive suite of online ADR services and is the first
of its kind in Asia. It was developed with the support of
the Ministry of Law and the Singapore Academy of Law, and
was launched by the Honourable Chief Justice Yong Pung How
on 31 July 2002. Using DisputeManager.com, the parties to a
dispute can now register, file a case and resolve their
disputes online by way of e-settlement, Mediation or Neutral
Evaluation. The parties can similarly register at
DisputeManager.com for the Singapore Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Service.
